•Yama & Niayama will build your character and will make you eligible for your goals.
•Asanas and pranayama will clean your body and mind and will make you physically and mentally pure for your goals.In this stage your body and mind is ready to accept all the good, even bad things to feed your soul. Whatever you feed to your body and mind, your soul will become the same.
•Pratyahara will save your mind from Distractions (Mayas),And will concentrate on the only things which will take you to your goals.
Pratyahara comes from two sanskrit root words – Prati which means against or away and Ahara which means food or inputs. Food for your body is whatever you eat and put inside your mouth, andFood for your mind is whatever you watch, listen, and read.These all are inputs of your body and mind means ahara.But at this stage you should feed only those things to your soul, that will connect you to your goal.
Accept all the favourable things which takes you near to your goal, and avoid all the unfavourable things which takes you far from your goal.
•Dharana Gives you intense focus towards your goal.
•In stage of dhyana you can’t see anything else except your goal.
•Samadhi you reached where you want.
